(Codice ISIN: IT0005460081 – Ticker: ALREB), a dynamic company, specialized in the development and management of real estate assets, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris market, announces that on April 24, 2025, through a dedicated capital increase of € 808,000.00, has completed the acquisition of 66.67% of the share capital of LO.DA. Immobiliare S.r.l., a real estate company that owns a property in the Municipality of Sesto San Giovanni (MI), used for the production of television programs.
The transaction, which will subsequently provide for the purchase by the end of September, of the full stake in LO.DA. Immobiliare S.r.l., is part of the strategy of diversification of investments in a strategic sector such as entertainment.
