(ISIN Code: IT0005460081 – Ticker: ALREB), a dynamic company specializing in the development and management of real estate assets, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris market, announces the significant improvement in its ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) rating, reassessed by Cerved Rating Agency effective June 2026, which shows an increase from 47 to 56 points out of 100 compared to the previous independent assessment.
The rating confirms the Group’s growth and strengthening of sustainability policies, placing Rebirth in the mid-range of its sector.
The improvement covers all aspects of the rating. Specifically, the Governance score reached 62 points, up from 44 in the previous survey, thanks to the adoption of important oversight and control tools, including the 231 Organizational Model, the corporate Code of Ethics, and the strengthening of whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest management procedures.
Significant progress was also made in the Social Area, which rose from 49 to 56 points, highlighting initiatives implemented to benefit individuals and their communities. Among the most appreciated elements were the corporate welfare system, the activities promoted through the Rebirth Foundation, the introduction of staff listening and engagement tools, and the absence of accidents and critical health and safety issues.
