The properties
The two- and three-room apartments are part of a modern building perfectly integrated into the centre of the town of Valledoria.
With only 2 floors, the building blends seamlessly into its surroundings while standing out for its modern shapes and colours with retro Art Nouveau touches, echoing the style of the town’s historic buildings.
Apartment 1
This ground-floor apartment has two rooms over 55 sqm, plus a 45 sqm private garden, partly paved and partly lawn. It comprises a large living room with open kitchen and a bedroom — both with access to the garden — plus a bathroom and a storage room.
Apartment 17
This apartment is on the second and top floor of the building and has 3 rooms plus 2 balconies overlooking the inner courtyard. Its 60 sqm are divided between a living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The area
The town of Valledoria lies on the northern coast of Sardinia, between Castelsardo, just 15 km away, and Santa Teresa di Gallura, 55 km away.
The town is just 2 km from the beach of the hamlet of San Pietro a Mare and 3 km from the stunning white sand of Baia delle Mimose. It offers the peace and authentic character of the Sardinian countryside, enriched by natural and historic sites ideal for sports and cultural activities. A highlight is the hamlet of Codaruina, meaning “stone ruins”, named after the Roman archaeological site: the region’s river port, located on the estuary of the Coghinas river.
The surroundings of Valledoria are just as charming, with farm stays and restaurants, as well as the white beaches and blue sea of Gallura. The famous beaches of Badesi (Li Junchi), Castelsardo (Ampurias) and Platamona are all within easy reach.
Valledoria is easily reached from Olbia (82 km), Porto Torres (47 km) and Alghero (72 km), home to the area’s main ports and airports.
