(the \u201cCompany\u201d), a dynamic real estate company, specializing in the ownership, development and management of assets, announces its admission to trading on Euronext Growth Paris following a successful capital raise of \u20ac3.1 million in December 2024 (the \u201cPrivate Placement\u201d). The Company has received Euronext Paris S.A.\u2019s decision on January 28, 2025 and the trading of the shares is expected to start on January, 31 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Aldebaran Global Advisors is acting as the Listing Sponsor in connection with the initial admission of the Company\u2019s shares to trading on Euronext Growth Paris and will assist the Company in fulfilling its post-listing obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Massimiliano Alfieri, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rebirth commented: \u201cThe admission of Rebirth\u2019s shares to trading marks a significant milestone for the Company.
