Specifically, the Governance score reached 62 points, up from 44 in the previous survey, thanks to the adoption of important oversight and control tools, including the 231 Organizational Model, the corporate Code of Ethics, and the strengthening of whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest management procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Significant progress was also made in the Social Area, which rose from 49 to 56 points, highlighting initiatives implemented to benefit individuals and their communities.
