Formello, 17 April 2025 \u2013 Rebirth S.p.A.<\/strong> (the \u00abCompany\u00bb), a dynamic company, specialized in the development and management of real estate assets, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris market, announces that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called for 23 April 2025, the following lists of candidates for the appointment of the expiring Board of Directors have been filed within the terms provided for by the Articles of Association, accompanied by the documentation required by the Articles of Association and applicable regulations.<\/p>\n
