Immobiliare S.r.l. \u2013 a real estate company that owns a property in the Municipality of Sesto San Giovanni (MI), used for the production of television programs \u2013 announces the approval by the Board of Directors, which took place on 2 September 2025, of the simplified merger plan, pursuant to Article 2505 of the Italian Civil Code, by incorporation of the same LO.DA.
