THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF REBIRTH S.P.A. HAS:
\n– APPROVED THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2024
\n– APPOINTED THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2025-2027<\/strong><\/p>\n

Formello, 23 April 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Rebirth S.p.A. (the “Company<\/strong>“), a dynamic company specialising in the development, innovation and management of real estate assets, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris market, met today in ordinary session.<\/p>\n

The Shareholders’ Meeting approved the Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2024 of Rebirth S.p.A., together with the Directors’ Report on Operations for the year 2024 and the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors. The Financial Statements as at 31 December 2024, presents the following figures:
\n– Value of production \u20ac 4,699,460 ( \u20ac 2,325,276 in 2023);
\n– Net result for the year \u20ac 90,820 (\u20ac – 1,941,393 in 2023)<\/p>\n

ALLOCATION OF THE RESULT FOR THE YEAR<\/strong>
\nThe Shareholders’ Meeting of Rebirth S.p.A. also approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to allocate the result for the year of \u20ac 90,820 as follows:<\/p>\n
